The Research of TraCe

There are many scientists at TraCe.

For example, from the fields of politics, history, and law.

The scientists do research together.

Research means:

Experts study a specific topic.

They want to discover something new.

The research of TraCe is about political violence.

Political violence means:

Violence is used to achieve a political goal.

People used to think:

Political violence is becoming less common.

But that is not true.

Political violence has only changed.

TraCe investigates the changes.

The goals of TraCe are:

  • better understand political violence

  • find ways to prevent political violence

You can read more about it on the page Research Topics.

Contact with other people

We want to inform others about our work.

And about the results of our research.

This is what we do:

  • We write about our research.

  • We give presentations.

  • We talk to other people about our research.

For example, with politicians at events.
