What is TraCe?

TraCe is a research center in Hesse, Germany.

TraCe is the short form for:

Transformations of Political Violence.

TraCe is a cluster of 5 research institutions:

1. PRIF, the Peace Research Institute Frankfurt

2. the Goethe University in Frankfurt

3. the Justus Liebig University Giessen

4. the Philipps University in Marburg

5. the Technical University in Darmstadt

TraCe receives money for research.

The money comes from the German Federal Ministry for Research, Technology and Space.

There are many scientists at TraCe.

For example, from the fields of politics, history, and law.

The scientists do research together.

Research means:

They want to discover something new.

The research of TraCe is about political violence.
