From September to November 2025, León Castellanos-Jankiewicz will return for a TraCe Fellowship, which he will complete at Justus Liebig University Giessen.
Léon Castellanos-Jankiewicz researches the human rights implications of irresponsible arms trade at the Asser Institute for International and European Law in The Hague and the University of Amsterdam. His research focuses in particular on access to legal remedies across European jurisdictions for victims of gun violence in third countries.
As a visiting fellow at TraCe, he is investigating due diligence in connection with the arms trade. His research is located in the Research Area Institutions.
